Project Description
These buildings were constructed as an Office Business Center consisting of three shell office buildings with the intentional purpose of creating a beautiful and functional facility that would far out shine the competition in the local leasing market. Multiple tenants attained this goal as evidenced by its complete occupancy within 18 months of the shells completion. The facility featured an intricate and decorative lighting scheme, emergency lighting system, and energy management lighting sweep system fully integrated to the HVAC control system.
