Sutter Medical Center Sacramento Women’s & Children’s Center 5th Floor TI

This project transformed 43,320 square feet of shell space on the fifth floor of Anderson Lucchetti Women’s and Children’s Center into a 12-bed intensive care unit and 30 medical-surgical rooms for adult patients. The fourth floor of the Women’s and Children’s Center already houses a 48-bed adult ICU. Five of the eight floors at Anderson Lucchetti Women’s and Children’s Center are dedicated to pediatrics and maternity care. These floors include a pediatric ICU, high-risk maternity unit, Northern California’s largest neonatal ICU, and 51 private rooms on the top floor for mothers and newborns with views of downtown Sacramento and the foothills.
