Project Description
Schetter Electric provided the electrical Design & installation for the 35,020 Sq. Ft. Citrus Heights City Hall Building along with a 4,000 sq. ft. Utility Building, and the Photovoltaic System. This project consisted of one new 1‐story Building Core & Shell, Site Parking Lot and Utilities, Tenant Improvements and roof mounted Photovoltaic Systems of 45 KW.
The City Hall building consisted of general Office Lighting and Power Systems plus Card Access Security Systems, Fire Alarm Systems and an Audio Visual System.
