Yuba College

Schetter Electric, Inc. furnished and installed the electrical for the Yuba Community College Clearlake campus project. Schetter Electric, Inc. also used BIM for the coordination for the Clearlake campus project. The project at the Clearlake campus consisted of (2) two new ground up 1-story buildings and (1) one new ground-up 2-story building, with all (3) three buildings totaling 26,000 SQ Ft. The new facilities provide consolidated student services, space for administration and operations, science labs, culinary arts, a library and learning resources. The current campus, which was originally built in 1975, is composed primarily of modular building and has little visibility to the community. The Districts goal for this new project was to create a new college center and identity.
