Roseville Galleria

Project Info

Project Description

Schetter Electric provided and installed the electrical installation for the Roseville Galleria Mall Expansion. The Galleria Mall Expansion project was a 336,455 SQ. FT. expansion to the existing mall. The expansion expanded the mall by approximately 50%. Most of the electrical work was done in ten months due to delay issues associated with the steel Subcontractor. SEI was able to assist in recovering the schedule in order to meet with Phase 1 grand opening of November 13, 2008. SEI provided power to each of the tenant spaces for future retail build out. SEI Coordinated and installed an immense custom lighting package for all public areas some of which were hung from 14 to 45 feet in the air and lighting for back of house areas. Fire Alarm and Emergency Paging Systems were done as design build. These systems had to interface with the existing mall while not interfering with the existing mall’s operations. SEI had 80 to 85 electricians on site. The project was done while working around an operating mall and close attention had to be paid to make sure the public was not inconvenienced in any way during the course of the project.
