Schetter Electric provided and installed the electrical installation for the Kaiser South Sacramento Outpatient Surgery Services. This 55,285 SQ FT two-story Medical Office Building that consists of 6 Operating Rooms, 24 Bed Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Pain Clinic, Conference Center and Relocation of campus engineering department that contains campus monitoring while site is being developed simultaneously by other project teams.
Schetter Electric’s involvement on the project included, 3D and BIM Coordination, project and campus coordination, low voltage conduit and pathway installation, electrical branch conduit and device installation, installation of electrical gear, installation of 3 automatic transfer switches, coordination of installation of nurse call system, coordination of overhead paging system, coordination of installation of hands free intercom system, coordination and installation of fire alarm system, relocation of existing generator annuncaitor panels. Installation of Nurse Call, Overhead Paging, CATV, Hands Free Intercom, Security and Fire Alarm.
