Eviva Midtown, also know as The Warren Building, will consist of 118 condominium-style rental units in a six-story structure. Building amenities include wifi in common areas, private landscaped courtyard, private Community Cafe/Lounge, private fitness center, Outdoor Kitchen and BBQ Lounge, private secured parking, bicycle storage, car share, secured entry lobby, ground floor restaurants/retail.
The development will be modular construction and will utilize wood-frame modular residential units, resulting in a greener construction process.
