Frank joined Schetter Electric in 1970 upon his completion of the IBEW Apprenticeship program, and has been a leader in the electrical contracting industry ever since.

Currently acting as the CEO at Schetter, Frank has served on numerous state, city and industry boards and committees. Most notably he has served as the past President and Governor to the Sacramento Chapter of NECA, and is a current appointee to the Contractors State License Board of the state of California by Governor Jerry Brown in 2011. In 2013, Frank was recognized for his exceptional service and leadership with his induction as a Fellow into the Academy of Electrical Contracting, one of the highest honors bestowed on an individual in the industry.

Frank was born and raised in Sacramento, CA and is passionate about his community and its local issues. He enjoys spending time with his family, and is an avid hunter and fisherman.

Vince found himself rising through the ranks and working his way up in both the field and office at Schetter Electric.
Holding jobs as a Foreman, Estimator and Project Manager, Vince eventually became Vice President in 1985 and ultimately, President in 2006, which is the position he currently holds.

Now with nearly four decades of service at Schetter, he is a testament to hard work, dedication, and truly exemplifies the company’s core values. As President, Vince’s responsibilities include overall management of the company with particular focus on customer relations, business development, and quality control. With his vast experience and knowledge he is often personally involved in our highest profile design- build projects.

projects throughout his career in the electrical industry which began in 1990 as an Electrical Apprentice at Schetter Electric. He has experience with full electrical detailing and build-outs of large ground-up buildings, critical environment facilities, Health Care Facilities, industrial plants, baseball stadiums, and tenant improvements. With him he brings a detailed, best-value approach along with a wealth of experience, consisting of twelve years spent in the field and over a decade in management.

As part of our in-house Design-Build and Special Projects teams, Marlin partners with each customer, along every step of a project, to ensure the successful execution and completion of each.

Brett Nogleberg
Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating

Brett Nogleberg brings over 35 years of electrical, marketing, estimating and design/build experience to Schetter. Brett started in the industry as an IBEW apprentice electrician in 1987.

His time in the field gave him a great deal of experience troubleshooting problems and identifying turnkey solutions. In 1991, he began working as a purchasing agent and project manager, which gave him the necessary foundation to become a leader in the design/build and estimating departments. With Brett’s attention to detail and extensive electrical/construction background, he has a natural edge over the competition. Brett’s technical qualifications, reputation, and standing within the estimating and design/build profession are invaluable to Schetter. Brett has continued to expand his knowledge of the industry by completing courses in estimating, sales, business law, management, and various technical courses related to the electrical trade. Brett is a C10 license holder and spends his free time as an amateur “HAM” radio technician and volunteer firefighter.
